Ms. Angelline Ong holds both Master degrees in Business & in Education. She started coaching soft-skills in 2010, and was certified in Australia as a trainer. With the confident use of engaging and interactive training styles, she always goes further to inspire both individuals and companies to involve in lifelong learning. Her passion for training, inspired her to further pursue the knowledge of improving teaching methods for both adults and adolescents.

 

As the Founder of APOGEE Project, Angelline is a dynamic Corporate Coach, devoted Trainer, Educator and Speaker who has created programmes to promote self-mastery and enhance employability skills. Angelline derived her very own KARMA model as Apogee's Coaching Model. Her programmes often aim to help organisations, leaders, employees and students to face adversities in the real world.

 

Being an active Realtor and a Distribution Business Owner, Angelline definitely knows the importance of having the right ‘people’ skills. She also has businesses in other areas that needs her to lead people with different educational backgrounds, from different age groups and working styles. She is able to see from the point of views of both business owners as well as employees. Her constant coaching of different people at different workplaces, also keeps her updated with workforce situations.

 

Angelline makes learning easy thus encourages learners to perform. Her ability to work with people enables her to deal with the complexities, challenges and issues involved in coaching teenagers when they struggle to grow up. Her proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages has also made her trainings more adaptable to both local and international participants.​

 

During training workshops and coaching sessions, Angelline selects from a variety of psychological techniques to help corporate organizations and individuals to achieve positive outcomes and breakthroughs, in their pursue for personal and professional excellence.
